Characterised by subtle tones and a minimalist design, the Le Quattro Torri Restaurant at the Hotel Massafra offers a unique dining experience, where authentic Italian cuisine blends with the Italian way of life, featuring authentic flavours, fresh ingredients and unforgettable aromas.

Our menu features a range of delicious first courses, such as truffle carbonara or the special ‘chef’s treats’ (pear parcels with a four-cheese sauce and toasted walnuts), mouth-watering main courses including tuna tataki and a selection of raw seafood, as well as aromatic and fragrant pizzas.

Le Quattro Torri Restaurant is not just a restaurant, but a place where you can explore the true essence of Italy with every mouthful. The restaurant is open to the public for dinner only; we also organise special events such as exclusive cookery demonstrations, evening live music or simply background piano music played in the restaurant.
