Featuring soft tones and a minimalist design, the 450 Gradi Restaurant at Hotel Massafra offers a unique gastronomic experience, where Italian authenticity combines with the Italian art of living with authentic flavors, fresh ingredients and unforgettable aromas.

Among our proposals stand out tasty first dishes, life truffle carbonara or the special “Chef’s Candy” (dumplings pear with four cheese sauce and toasted walnuts), deliciuos second dishes among which tuna tataki and raw seafood, in addition to the fragrant and scented pizzas.

Ristorante 450 Gradi is not just a restaurant, but a place to explore the true essence of Italy in every bite. The restaurant is also open to not hotel guests, both for lunch and dinner, and we also organize special events such as exclusive show cooking, live music in the evening or simple musical accompaniment from the piano located inside the restaurant.
